Although some of the techniques are different the overarching principles of accessibility and openness remain constant whoever the target group is. Our engagement services include
- Consultation and evidence gathering: delivering focus groups, face-to-face interviews, accessible surveys
- Participation and decision making: managing citizen juries, reference groups, online forums
- Involvement and long term engagement: managing stakeholder juries, management committees and strategic advisory groups
