Directors
Pollination Campaigns was set up by Liz Daone and Gwilym Morris in 2005.
Liz Daone is responsible for the overall management of the company. She also leads on client liaison.
Liz's background is in the voluntary sector where she was a well respected National Campaigns and Parliamentary Affairs manager for a several years. She has worked extensively in national and local NGOs.
Gwilym Morris is responsible for developing new areas of work.; He is a recognised expert in the field of inclusive involvement and developing guidance.
Gwilym has worked within a wide variety of NGOs. He also has considerable experience in the higher education sector and is a Director of The Pollen Shop.

Associates
Pollination Campaigns utilises the experience, expertise and skills of a number of associates. Associates work with us on a project-by-project basis. All our associates have a proven track record in delivering involvement, engagement or communication services. Pollination Campaigns has a Board of Associate Directors. The board advises us on how we can best offer value and excellence to our clients in a number of sectors.
Associated Companies
Both Pollination Campaigns and The Pollen Shop work to improve the way organisations communicate with the people that matter to them. The Pollen Shop concentrates on three service areas
- Communication audit: evaluating an organisation's communication structures or a communication process that has been designed to reach out to a diverse audience.
- Communications consultancy: providing strategic advice to organisations on how they can reach out to a diverse audience
- Technical consultancy: providing advice and technical solutions on how organisations can deliver technology which is both accessible and usable.
Pollination Campaigns works in partnership with Positif Politics. Positif Politics is a Welsh public affairs company that has a strong reputation for delivering high quality public affairs campaigns.
